PAINTGO® AUSTRALIA – TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment Terms
The purchaser shall pay a 50% deposit of the total value of the purchase order as acceptance of the purchase order, and pay the remaining 50% upon the provision of the Arrival Notice.
Ongoing operation and support service fees
An annual service fee in accordance with the Price Schedule will be charged per annum commencing from the date of delivery, and paid within 5 business from the date of invoice. This fee includes the license to use the PaintGo cloud based software as well as on-going support provided by the manufacturer.
Installation
PaintGo Australia shall install the device and provide on-site training of device operations and functions. The purchaser must ensure availability of the appropriate tools to lift the device safely into the oven. The purchaser must ensure that power supply and data connection is available in close proximity to the oven which the device will be used in. The purchaser must ensure that the premises is connected to a reliable internet connection. The purchaser must make available two motor vehicle panels to conduct testing during installation (ideally a door and/or bonnet). Any subsequent device usage guidance services will be provided via telephone or online applications by the Manufacturer.
Additional consultation and training
The purchaser acknowledges that the device requires experienced and trained automotive paint technicians to determine the optimal device and spray gun settings which may vary from workshop to workshop. PaintGo Australia is not responsible for providing on-site technical support in relation to determining the optimal settings for your workshop. Technical training can be provided in accordance with the Price Schedule provided.. If the purchaser requires on-site technical consultation on determining the optimal settings, the additional fees are contained in the Price Schedule.
Warranty
The purchaser is provided with a 12 month manufacturer’s parts warranty from the date of device installation. The purchaser must pay for any associated shipping costs. In the event the purchaser requires on-site service or repairs to be conducted within 12 months of installation, the purchaser must pay for the manufacturer’s travel and accommodation costs The warranty shall be considered void in the event the device is damaged by human factors, or if the damage or defects are caused by disassembly or modification of device, or if the nameplate information on the device is removed, disassembled or altered.

The purchaser acknowledges that PaintGo Australia is not the provider of the PaintGo software, on-going support services or warranty, which is owned by and provided by the Wuhan Onew Technology Co., Ltd (the Manufacturer). PaintGo Australia does not warrant or make representations that the manufacturer will continue to support, maintain, develop or make available the PaintGo software or continue to provide on-going support services or honor its warranty. PaintGo Australia does not accept any liability in the event the Manufacturer ceases to support the PaintGo software or ceases to provide on-going support. The purchaser shall consider such risks prior to purchasing the device.
